The Himalayan Bistro offers one of Northern Coorado’s most intimate and memorable private dining experiences. Original photographs of Himalayan peaks, temples and high altitude mountaineering line the walls. The gorgeous bar showcases our extensive collection of single malt whiskeys. A large window frames a view into the kitchen where Nepali, Tibetan and Indian delicacies are being prepared. All while a 40 foot hand painted, panoramic mural of Everest and Nepal’s Solukhumbu valley creates a unique background for any event.

We can accommodate seated events up to 75 guests and when the patio is opened, up to 90 guests. Choose dishes a la carte off the menu or meet with our chef to create a truly custom dining experience.
